May I know the turnaround time to get an invitation call ?
Standard processing time is 5-6 months. However, expecting a call for the invitation depend upon the profile, point system, state, availability of occupation etc. Although we strongly believe on this statement that “The maximum your point would be, the minimize your time would be”.
Is it mandatory to stay in the particular state from where we got the invitation ?
– Yes, it is mandatory as state invited you only on the behalf of your employment and residency to be continue in that particular state. Don’t worry this condition is only for temporary time (2 years and in some cases 4 years).
My employer will not give me any letter/reference letter, How can I proceed ?
Doesn’t matter how old your employment is, it is your right to get the official letter stating your job tenure and primarily your job responsibilities signed by the official signing authority. You have to chase them officially though mail or at least in written correspondence. If you get any denial or don’t get any revert then only we can proceed with an optional document along with the correspondence of efforts done from your end by showing the same to the department.
How long will it take to receive an Invitation after submission of EOI?
Invitations are issued on a monthly basis. no guarantee that you will be invited to apply for GSM program. As higher the points receive the Invitation faster.
After receiving Invitation how long do i have to apply for the visa application?

How much time it take to get the assessment ?
It depends on case to case and also vary with assessing authority. Although there is standard processing time of 3-4 months as advised & quote by the department. However, we try to push in a way to get the same in the shortest possible time.
Should I wait for the result and then proceed with my English score ?
You can start preparing for it as we jump in the field. Simultaneously we can track the progress of both. On a positive note, you must go on with the preparation of your exam while waiting for the result once we submit your file to the concern authority.
I am little bit scared whether I could get the required score ?
Unlike rocket science, It’s an exam of a particular language where you must focused, regular and consistent while practicing for it. The more you put yourself in this, the better and soon you get the desired result.
